Black Bean + Corn Bowl
This bowl is SO easy to make & it's super easy to batch for meal preps! Watch how easy this is to throw together here!
You'll need:
- Rice
- Black Beans
- Corn
- Cucumbers
- Bell Peppers
- Green Onion
- Vine Tomatoes (2)
- Onion (1/2 - white or red)
- Avocado (1)
- Cilantro (handful)
- Lime (1)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Spicy Mayo
To Make:
- Prep veggies. Chop cucumber, bell peppers, and green onions. Also make pico.
- Cook Rice, Corn, and Beans. For the black beans, you're just looking to heat them up!
- Assemble bowl.
