PROTEIN VEGGIE WRAP

 
 

This wrap is SUPER simple and packed with protein and micronutrients!

You'll need:

  • Tortillas (I like using a low carb version for these bc we eat a lot of tacos in this house)
  • Nonfat Greek Yogurt
  • Hot Sauce of choice (Sriracha is mine!)
  • Allll the veggies (spinach, beans, peas, peppers.. the possibilities are endless)
  • Salt & Pepp

To make:

  • combine greek yogurt and hot sauce
  • spread a layer of the sauce on a tortilla & add salt/pepp to taste
  • add veggies
  • roll up, and ENJOY!
