BUFFALO CAULIFLOWER BITES

This snack is P E R F E C T for game days (or any day, but it just feels right snacking on buffalo bites while watching a football or basketball game).

You'll need:

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos
  • 1/2 packet of ranch seasoning
  • garlic salt
  • scallions

MAKE:

1) Chop cauiflower head into bite sized chunks

2) Toss cauliflower in hot sauce, aminos, ranch seasoning, and a few shakes of garlic salt

3) Put on a baking sheet and bake at 450 until just before tender (I like a little crunch)

4) Broil for 1-2 minutes for a crispy top

5) Put in a bowl and mix in chopped scallions
