TURMERIC LATTE

This is about to become your new FAVORITE FALL DRINK! It's full of anti inflammatory ingredients, delicious fall spices, and HEALTH. It's quick, it's easy, and it's not full of sugar. Combine all of the ingredients below, blend, and heat over the stove. That's it! Bonus if you have a milk frother and can get a little foam in there.

  • Nut Milk (I like Cashew!)
  • Turmeric
  • Cinnamon
  • Black Pepper (necessary for increasing the absorption in your body of curcumin in the turmeric)
  • Nutmeg
  • Dash of Vanilla
  • Sweetener (I used a heaped teaspoon of Coconut Sugar and it was delicious!)
