PROTEIN VEGGIE WRAP
This wrap is SUPER simple and packed with protein and micronutrients!
You'll need:
- Tortillas (I like using a low carb version for these bc we eat a lot of tacos in this house)
- Nonfat Greek Yogurt
- Hot Sauce of choice (Sriracha is mine!)
- Allll the veggies (spinach, beans, peas, peppers.. the possibilities are endless)
- Salt & Pepp
To make:
- combine greek yogurt and hot sauce
- spread a layer of the sauce on a tortilla & add salt/pepp to taste
- add veggies
- roll up, and ENJOY!
